2024 Coaching Training and Leadership Conference

The 2024 CTLC has workshops and networking events lined up that will teach all attendees about amateur sport and it's development in today's day and age and beyond. With seminars for coaching, umpire, and league development the CTLC is geared for all people who are looking for progressive thinking on how to move amateur sports forward while not losing focus on what is actually important, the kids. "Catch the Future, Come See our Pitch" is a conference that plans on looking for solutions to many of the issues surrounding amateur sports and recognizing ways to mitigate problems by getting in front of things. Too many times people get used to saying "well that's the way we always do it" The CTLC 2024 hopes to pass on knowledge on how to get away from the old ways of thinking and finding positive growth and using new and exciting ways to advance amateur sports throughout the province of Alberta and beyond.

The CTLC will also be playing host to the Little League Alberta Annual Awards Gala and Dinner as well that will celebrate all those who have went above on beyond in Alberta to continue the growth of Little League Baseball and help support the youth around the province.
